We are so excited for the start of the school year! Here are a few important dates and details!
Tuesday, August 5: 3-4:00 p.m
Popsicles on the Playground: Enjoy a popsicle and play time to jumpstart the new school year!
Thursday, August 21:
Teachers return to work. Teachers will begin reaching out to families to introduce and discuss the start of the school year.
Tuesday, August 26: 5-6 p.m.
Stottlemyer Open House: Meet your teacher, explore the classroom, and discover the school!
First Days of School:
- SXI Full Day Program: Tuesday, August 26 (9:10 a.m. -4:00 p.m.)
- ECP Special Education Programs (½ day programs): Thursday, August 28 (9:10-11:55 a.m. /1:15 p.m. -4:00 p.m.)
- GSRP Full Day Programs: Tuesday, September 2nd (8:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.)

Wow! It is hard to believe that we are in May! Spring is here and we are getting ready to head into Summer. In recent classroom walkthroughs I was reminded just how much our students have grown. I observed students writing their names, recognizing letters, and counting and matching numbers 10 and above.
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. Stottlemyer is lucky to have the most dedicated teachers! They continually put students first and recognize and love early childhood. I encourage you to have your child make a nice note for their teacher in observance of the week.
